Rates

$225 for 50 minute session. $275 for intake/initial session

Insurance

Tree of Life Art Therapy is in-network with the following insurance companies: BCBS, Optum, Medica, UHG, UMR. Check with your insurance company if you have any deductible or co-pays.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment for co-pays.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
